Cultural potential of a human civilization is inexhaustible. Initially the person is characterized by aspiration to excellence, huge creative potential, sensual emotionality, inquisitiveness and creative activity. In combination with intellectual opportunities of highly organized intellect of Homo sapiens, all these qualities allow the society to reproduce, improve and continuously expand own artificial cultural environment. The culture unites stable forms of human activity in its most different manifestations, including all types and ways of human self-expression and self-cognition, as well as skills and abilities accumulated by the person and the whole society. In the most general sense the system of social culture includes all rather widespread types of creative activity of the person, expressed in reproduction of various intellectual, ethical, aesthetic and economic products and achievements.
The contents and structure of social culture dynamically expand. As the time flows new or modified phenomena, values and standards become its structural components. Unfortunately, the cultural sphere is often subject to influence of mass distribution of doubtful or obviously socially harmful trends. The majority of the society members seek for personal liberty, individualism, selfish originality and self-affirmation. Therefore, sometimes, ideological grains of anarchy and nihilism, getting into the soil of subjective ambition of representatives of separate social groups, become popular and even fashionable phenomena, the perverted truth or substitutive values. Such processes often find a way to the mass consciousness by stereotypic parasitizing on the evolutionary – conventional values, for example, democracy and liberalism.
In this regard, progressive researches in the field of culture and art (considering especially close connection of these spheres of human activity with the social outlook) are undoubtedly an important contribution to the development of collective intelligence and public morality. The potential of social culture is formed by evolutionary accumulation of experience of public relations. Therefore circumstances under which such experience is formed of factors favorable for social progress act as the undoubted benefit.
